How to Watch Arizona State-Arizona in the Pac-12 title game

MICHIGAN — Arizona State will play host to the Pac 12 champion Arizona Wildcats in the second game of the College Football Playoff on Saturday night in Arlington, Texas.

The Wildcats beat No. 11 Oregon State in the regular season opener on Saturday.

Arizona State (6-3, 2-2 Pac-10) returns home for the first time since Jan. 8 and will have the No. 8 ranked Pac-8 team in the country.

The game will be televised nationally by ABC, with the Pac 13 title game in Los Angeles.

Arizona State (5-6, 3-3 Pac-11) will be seeking its sixth win in the last seven games.

The last five were against ranked teams.

The first-place team from the Pac 10 will face the No, 11 Arizona Wildcats.

The Wildcats have won four in a row at home, including a 23-14 win at home in the opener in 2015.

The streak of five straight victories at home ended with a 30-20 loss to Arizona in the Arizona State opener in 2017.

The 2017 opener against the Ducks was the second time in school history that the Wildcats lost their first two games in the season opener.

The second game was also a home game against Arizona State.

In the first game in the series, Arizona State was led by a pair of first-year quarterbacks, Marcus Mariota and Bryce Petty.

Petty completed 23 of 39 passes for 257 yards and two touchdowns, but was intercepted twice by cornerback Josh Mauga and fumbled on the Ducks’ first play.

Mariota was intercepted four times.

Arizona had a chance to pull away in the fourth quarter on a 25-yard field goal by Devin Gardner with 3:30 left.

The Ducks’ two second-half field goals fell short, and Mariota threw a pass that sailed over the top of the goal line and went in.

The final two seconds of the fourth were tied at 16, and the Ducks went on to win 27-24.
