Why NFL players are wearing shirts with the word “rape” on them

There’s a new NFL jersey out, and it’s designed to send a clear message about what it means to be a woman in America.

The logo is meant to convey that the NFL’s players and coaches stand by the NFLPA’s position that players and teams must use the word rape to describe sexual assault.

But the logo’s design, designed by designer Lidia Zavala, has some players raising eyebrows.

In an Instagram post, the NFL Players Association said it was disappointed in the design.

The statement comes a day after a graphic novel featuring the logo was published on the publisher’s website.

Zavalya, a former student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, is credited with bringing the logo to life.

She said she wanted to give “a voice to the voiceless, to the people who are denied the right to participate in our national conversation about violence against women.”

She told The Associated Press on Friday that she hoped the logo would make a statement about the violence women face, as well as the importance of women’s bodies and health.

In a video she posted on Instagram on Thursday, Zavali described how she began to work on the logo in 2013.

It is meant as a reminder that “women have the right and responsibility to make choices and have power over our bodies,” she said.

She has also used the logo as a rallying cry for her work with the NFL and NFLPA, which has been critical of the way the league treats players.

The NFLPA called the logo offensive, and said the phrase “Rape, Rape, Rape” was removed from the jersey.

It also said the logo “demonstrates that the National Football League and the NFLPFA condone and support the use of the N-word and all forms of sexual violence.”
