The Oklahoma Sooners are not ready to lose again

Oklahoma Sooner head coach Mike Gundy has been a big fan of the Sooners’ first two seasons, but he believes the team needs to be more aggressive heading into the 2017 season.

“I think we need to be aggressive on offense,” Gundy told ESPN on Tuesday.

“We need to do things that we’ve never done before.

And we need some of our defense to step up a little bit.”

We’ve had some guys get injured.

And when those guys get back, they don’t really play like we used to play, which is a very different style of defense.

“Gundy, who has been at Oklahoma since 2011, is also one of the first to acknowledge that the Sooner offense has had a rough stretch of play in recent years.”

“And then you’ve also got to have to go back and change a lot, and that’s going and you’ve just got to find a way to get back to winning. “

“It’s not easy, but I think it’s the right thing to do.””

After a tough start to the 2017 campaign, the Sooniers have managed to climb back into the win column. “
